RECORDING COORDINATOR(S)

We are currently looking for a new team member in the Operations Department. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the electricity and natural gas meter reading service, supervising the activities of contractors providing this service, and improving customer experience. You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Coordinating the work of the contractor providing the meter reading service - planning monthly readings, adjusting tasks, ensuring smooth provision of the meter reading service;
• Analyzing the results of the contractor's tasks, identifying errors and initiating their correction, as well as controlling the contractor's fulfillment of contractual obligations, providing suggestions for improving performance;
• Improving customer experience, analyzing customer feedback, responding to their requests for meter readings, initiating changes and collaborating with contractors to implement customer experience improvement actions;
• Organizing the sending of letters to customers regarding non-access to facilities for meter maintenance work;
• Collecting and preparing documents, contributing to the process of administering customer obligation cases.

• At least a higher education (preferably in management, business administration, engineering, or another related field);
• At least 1 year of work experience in the field of analytics, data processing, activity coordination or information systems;
• Ability to analyze data, notice errors and propose solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of work;
• Ability to work with information systems and quickly master new tools, excellent MS Office program skills (especially Excel - data analysis, processing, report preparation);
• Customer service skills, ability to communicate professionally, clearly and constructively;
• Independence, initiative, diligence, attention to detail, analytical skills, desire to complete the work to the end and achieve the desired result.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 2,080 to EUR 3,120 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
