The managers are ready to provide a solid foundation and tools to successfully work in the position of Communications and Orders Manager, in Vilnius (Gineitiškės, Žirgų g.).

The managers are ready to provide a solid foundation and tools to successfully work in the position of Communications and Orders Manager, in Vilnius (Gineitiškės, Žirgų g.).
The goals are:
- Search for one-time and regular transportation orders – active daily work through different search channels and platforms;
- Creating a contact database – identifying target contacts, establishing and maintaining relationships;
- Searching for carriers;
- Order administration – approval, information transfer, debtor monitoring;
- Searching for other company suppliers/contacts as needed.
To be successful in this position you will need:
- Good English skills (another foreign language is an advantage)
- Experience in the field of transport / expedition / sales is an advantage, but the team is ready to grow even a beginner;
- Ability to work with data - find contacts, analyze information, evaluate pricing;
- Ability to work independently, effectively plan time, make decisions quickly;
- Communicative skills, attention to detail, responsibility and result orientation.
The values given are:
- Salary 2,500 – 3,500 EUR gross (depending on competencies and experience);
