What responsibilities will we entrust to:

  • Actively contribute to attracting new investors: identify potential investors, administer the contact database, coordinate communication and organize meetings.
  • Maintain contact with existing and potential investors.
  • Prepare and coordinate communication materials for investors - presentations, newsletters and information messages in Lithuanian and English.
  • Organize events and meetings for investors: from planning, supplier coordination and preparation of invitations to registration management and smooth implementation.
  • Administer periodic communication with investors, ensure the provision of relevant information in the investor self-service and website.
  • Work with CRM, investor self-service and other related systems, take care of data accuracy, information update and task coordination with partners or programmers.
  • Contribute to AML/KYC processes: collect, verify and administer investor documents, update information in systems and prepare necessary materials for responsible colleagues.

We believe that you:

  • You have a higher education.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, customer relations, financial services, insurance, investment banking, real estate or similar field.
  • You are able to communicate professionally with clients, investors, partners and internal teams.
  • You have experience in preparing presentations, information or communication materials and are able to clearly structure information.
  • You have organized events, meetings or other formats for clients / partners.
  • You are excellent at planning time, are able to coordinate several tasks at the same time and ensure their implementation on time.
  • You are meticulous, responsible, attentive to details and are able to work with confidential information.
  • You work well with PowerPoint, Excel and other everyday office tools.
  • You communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.

We will consider the following as advantages:
  • Experience working with CRM, newsletter sending or customer data administration systems.
  • Knowledge of AML/KYC processes or experience in administering customer/investor documents.
  • Experience in the finance, investment or real estate sector.

We are looking for a colleague to join the team who would contribute to the creation of a professional investor experience, i.e. actively attract new investors, maintain contacts, coordinate events for investors, communication materials, administer CRM and investor self-service, and help the team ensure smooth communication with existing and potential investors.
