Radisson Collection Astoria Hotel is looking for a Guest Relations Specialist who is exceptionally polite, attentive and has a desire to exceed guests' expectations. If you value sincere communication, high service standards and the ability to create a special guest experience, we look forward to having you join our team.
Main responsibilities:
- Represent the hotel's philosophy and ensure high, consistent quality of guest service;
- Have excellent knowledge of the hotel, its services, attractions and events in the city and surrounding areas;
- Meet, accompany and see off guests;
- Effectively resolve guest complaints and requests, ensure feedback;
- Maintain professional communication with guests;
- Provide information about hotel services, offers and internal promotions;
- Inform managers about unusual situations or potential hazards;
- Make decisions on room upgrades, free services or compensations in accordance with hotel policy;
- Participate in meetings, training and contribute to improving the quality of services;
- English;
- Other tasks may be assigned according to the needs of the hotel's operations.
