What responsibilities will we entrust to:
- you will create and manage communication about what SBA and its companies - SBA Home and SBA Urban - are creating;
- you will strengthen the group's relations with the media and write press releases about news, about what we are proud of, about events and initiatives;
- you will manage the content of the company's social networks - about what we live and what we strive for. In an engaging, interesting way, so that it would be interesting for yourself;
- together with the team you will organize official events - from the construction commencement ceremony, business breakfasts in the new business center to factory openings and construction completions;
- you will manage communication projects - from the idea to implementation and budget. Sometimes - only with the internal team, and sometimes - with the help of agencies and partners;
- you will contribute to other joint initiatives of the SBA Communication team.
We believe that you:
- above all - you enjoy creativity and are not afraid of a hands-on approach to work.
And also:
- you have a passion for winning - you do not lack the courage to take responsibility, have excellent planning and organizational skills and an orientation towards the best result;
- you express your thoughts fluently both in speaking and writing in Lithuanian and English;
- you have accumulated 3+ years of experience in the field of communication (media, public relations, content creation for social media accounts, etc.);
- you have obtained a higher university education in marketing, communication or a related field;
- you have a category B driver's license.
An exceptional advantage:
- if you have experience in communication and/or marketing in the industrial and/or real estate sector.
