Description of responsibilities:
By becoming part of BTA, we will entrust you with:
- Ensure the activities and development of the Eastern Lithuania region, coordinating the activities of Rokiškis, Utena, Ukmergė and other regional branches;
- Promote active and high-quality sales of BTA insurance products; ensure the implementation of sales plans and other goals set for the department;
- Lead, motivate and develop the team, plan and distribute tasks, set goals and ensure their implementation;
- Properly present BTA and provide the highest quality of customer service.

Remuneration system:
3000 - 3200 €/month fixed monthly salary;
Monthly bonus of up to 30% of one month's fixed salary;
Quarterly bonus of up to 100% of one month's fixed salary;
Annual bonus of up to 150% of one month's fixed salary.
- You are a leader and have successful management experience;
- You have customer service experience and know how to conduct successful sales;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- You are positive and know how to promptly resolve conflict situations;
- You are empathetic and know how to work with different people;
- You are able to organize teamwork and be part of a team.
