The Logistics Department of Lithuanian Post invites the following Eastern Region Manager to join the team:
Pending Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate regional logistics and transportation activities, ensuring smooth parcel collection, sorting and delivery processes;
- Lead the regional team, set goals, coordinate employee activities and ensure the achievement of results;
- Ensure the implementation of established performance, service quality, customer service and efficiency indicators, analyze discrepancies and organize their elimination;
- Analyze performance results, income and costs, ensure financial control of activities, make data-based decisions and initiate process optimization and improvement;
- Coordinate the implementation of information systems, new technologies and other performance improvement solutions and provide suggestions for their improvement;
- Ensure regional activity planning, task execution control and preparation of performance reports;
- Ensure employee competency development, motivation, smooth adaptation, good working atmosphere and effective work organization;
- Within your competence, you will represent the interests of the company and make decisions related to regional activities and work organization.
We hope that:
- Have a higher education (an advantage is in the fields of business management, logistics);
- Have at least 3 years of similar work experience in the field of courier business, logistics and at least 1 year of management experience (for a team of at least 15 people) over the past 5 years;
- You speak Lithuanian perfectly and have good knowledge of English;
- You are familiar with MS Office programs, modern logistics processes;
- Have a driver's license (category B);
- You are able to systematize, analyze information, prepare various activity reports;
- You have excellent time planning, work organization, change management skills;
- You are able to communicate and work in a team, you know how to gather and motivate a team;
- You are proactive, open to innovations and a person who wants to improve.
