The Vilnius branch of the Caverion Lietuva Building Management Services business is responsible for building management and administration as well as technical maintenance and assurance of engineering systems (heating, plumbing, sewage, electricity, low-voltage, structures, ventilation and air conditioning, and others) in the Vilnius region.
Daily challenges:
- maintenance and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
- performance of scheduled - current, preventive works
- troubleshooting, emergency liquidation
Requirements:
- secondary or higher technical education
- ability to work independently and in a team, responsible attitude to work
- category B driver's license
- work experience in the field of maintenance of refrigeration, ventilation or air conditioning systems
