Nature of work
- Brazing of copper pipes with oxygen-acetylene gas in the production and installation of refrigeration systems (copper+copper; copper+brass; copper+stainless steel);
- Preparation of pipelines for soldering: cutting, cleaning, bending, spreading and preparation of joints;
- Vacuumization of systems and filling with refrigerant;
- Working according to drawings, diagrams and technological instructions;
- Self-control of the quality of soldering joints and recording of work performed;
- Maintenance and safe use of gas cylinders, reducers, burners and other tools;
- Compliance with occupational safety, fire safety and hot work requirements;
- Maintaining order in the workplace and cooperating with production and quality departments.
Employee requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in gas soldering of copper pipes (mandatory);
- Ability to perform high-quality, tight soldering joints in various positions, including in hard-to-reach places;
- Knowledge of soldering technology;
- Ability to read technical drawings and refrigeration system diagrams;
- Understanding the operating principles of refrigeration systems;
- A valid solder qualification certificate is an advantage;
- Professional education in the field of refrigeration, mechanics or welding is an advantage;
- Responsibility, diligence and attention to quality;
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
