Nature of work

Job Description:
  • Planning, coordinating and ensuring smooth functioning of the frozen products department's daily work.
  • Effective management of goods receipt, warehousing and order fulfillment processes.
  • Recording of transactions (receipt of goods, movement of balances, write-offs, etc.) and accounting in the company's systems.
  • Organizing, conducting and analyzing periodic and annual inventories of material assets and frozen product balances.
  • Maintaining refrigeration equipment parameters and temperature control logs (accounting).
  • Organizing the work of subordinate employees, training and motivating new ones. Filling in employee timesheets and preparing primary data for calculating wages.
  • Control process management, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system, implementation of LST EN ISO 9001:2015 standards, follow and comply with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, regulatory acts, EU regulations. Maintain relations with other interested parties on quality and food safety issues.
Ensuring compliance with employee safety and health requirements.

Employee requirements

  • You have management experience in warehouse, logistics or other department management (experience in the food / frozen products sector is a big advantage).
  • You have good skills in working with MS Excel.
  • Skills in working with management and accounting software (“ContourLab”) would be an advantage. If you do not have experience working with this program, we will provide all necessary training.
  • You are familiar with the preparation of primary accounting documents, the principles of tracking the movement of goods and controlling balances.
  • You have good team management and leadership skills.
  • You have analytical thinking, are result-oriented and are able to work in a dynamic environment.
