WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Hunt for New Business: Actively search for new potential clients and projects across Europe (and beyond).
Open Closed Doors: Initiate direct communication, pick up the phone, travel, and physically meet representatives of European shipyards.
Build Relationships: Form long-term, trust-based partnerships with key players in the shipbuilding and ship repair industry.
Close the Deal: Prepare commercial offers, analyze contracts/projects, lead presentations, and drive negotiations to a win.
Promote our strengths: Show clients our value - 30 years of deep industry knowledge and leadership.

JOIN US IF YOU:

Know the Industry: You have proven experience in B2B sales specifically within shipbuilding, ship repair, or the offshore industry. You understand the language of shipyards.
Have a Network: You already have contacts in this market or, at the very least, you know exactly where to find them and how to work with them.
Are a Natural Communicator: If you can pitch engaging stories and possess unmatched negotiation and presentation skills, you are our person.
Are Mobile & Proactive: You love traveling, visiting clients on-site, and you are highly self-motivated to work fully remotely.
Speak the Language: Fluent English is a must (any other European language is a massive advantage).
