## About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us scale AIclicks’ sales operations.

This role is focused on turning interest into qualified conversations. You will follow up with users who registered but did not become paying customers, re-engage churned users, support outbound and ABM campaigns, and book qualified calls for the founders.

You will speak with founders, marketers, SEO teams, agencies, and business owners who are trying to understand how AI search is changing their visibility and customer acquisition.

## Responsibilities

  • Follow up with AIclicks users who registered but did not upgrade to a paid plan.
  • Re-engage churned users and understand why they stopped using the platform.
  • Qualify inbound leads based on company type, use case, budget, urgency, and fit.
  • Run LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns to target accounts.
  • Support ABM campaigns for specific industries, agencies, and local markets.
  • Start conversations with SEO agencies, marketing teams, founders, and local businesses.
  • Book qualified demo calls for the founders.
  • Reply to interested prospects and move conversations toward the next step.
  • Keep CRM records clean and updated.
  • Track objections, no-shows, follow-ups, churn reasons, and next actions.
  • Work with the GTM/RevOps person to improve outreach lists, automations, and messaging.
  • Share prospect feedback with the team to improve positioning, pricing, onboarding, and sales materials.

## Who we are looking for
  • You can write clear, natural, non-spammy sales messages.
  • You are comfortable speaking with marketers, SEO specialists, founders, agencies, and business owners.
  • You are curious about AI search, SEO, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and how people discover brands online.
  • You understand basic B2B sales logic: qualification, follow-up, objections, urgency, and next steps.
  • You are organized and can manage many conversations at the same time.
  • You are persistent but not pushy.
  • You can ask direct questions about business needs, budget, timing, and decision-making.
  • You can work with CRM tools, LinkedIn, email, spreadsheets, and outreach automation tools.
  • You care about quality conversations, not just outreach volume.

## Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, SEO, digital marketing, AI tools, or agency services.
  • Experience selling to SEO agencies, marketing teams, founders, or local businesses.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email.
  • Experience using tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO, AI visibility, or content marketing.
  • Experience with customer reactivation, upsells, or lifecycle sales.

## Example daily work

  • Review new AIclicks signups from the previous day.
  • Prioritize high-fit users such as agencies, SaaS companies, local businesses, and SEO teams.
  • Send personal follow-ups to users who registered but did not upgrade.
  • Reply to interested leads from LinkedIn and email campaigns.
  • Follow up with users who booked a demo but did not attend.
  • Contact churned users with a relevant reason to return.
  • Work with GTM Ops to improve outbound lists and campaign messaging.
  • Update CRM with lead status, objections, use case, and next step.
  • Book qualified calls for the founders.

This is a sales development role focused on creating qualified opportunities, learning from prospects, and helping AIclicks scale its sales process.

## Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, customer success, lead generation, or another client-facing role.
  • Strong written English skills, with the ability to write clear, natural, and personalized outreach messages.
  • Comfortable starting conversations with founders, marketers, SEO specialists, agencies, and business owners.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales, including lead qualification, follow-ups, objections, and booking meetings.
  • Ability to manage many conversations at once across LinkedIn, email, and CRM.
  • Organized, consistent, and able to keep CRM records clean and updated.
  • Curious about AI, SEO, digital marketing, ChatGPT, AI search, and how brands get discovered online.
  • Comfortable asking direct questions about business needs, timing, budget, and decision-making.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently without waiting for constant instructions.
  • Persistent but respectful, with a focus on quality conversations instead of spammy outreach.
