Your daily tasks, responsibilities and duties at work would be:
Identify and acquire new OEM and Tier-1 customers across industries such as construction, agriculture, industrial equipment, and renewable energy;
Manage incoming RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and participate in European sourcing and tender projects;
Review technical drawings and specifications, ensuring feasibility with engineering and production teams;
Calculate manufacturing costs, including materials, laser cutting, bending, welding, surface treatment, and logistics;
Prepare and submit commercial quotations, conduct negotiations, and support contract closure;
Coordinate prototype and sample production, including validation and customer approval;
Ensure smooth transition from prototype to serial production;
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Key skills and competencies:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or equivalent experience;
3–8 years of experience in technical sales, project management, or business development within manufacturing;
Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes, including laser cutting, CNC bending, robotic welding, and surface treatment (coating, painting);
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD data;
Experience with cost calculation and quotation processes in manufacturing;
Strong commercial mindset combined with solid technical understanding;
Ability to translate customer requirements into manufacturable solutions;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Structured approach to RFQ management and project coordination;
Ability to collaborate effectively with production, engineering, and quality teams;
Fluent in English (required); German is highly desirable; Scandinavian languages are an advantage.
