Your main objectives:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and start sales in the Lithuanian market. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new B clients and consistently promoting and selling shipment services throughout Lithuania.
Your primary objectives will be to analyze the market, create a client base, execute sales plans, create, maintain and develop long-term customer relationships.

Who we are looking for:
- Good in English (written and verbal), Russian or Ukrainian - a big advantage, Lithuanian - as a must
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development or account management (in Baltic countries - a huge advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients
- The understanding of the logistics/transportation/shipment sector
