Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing B2B and B2C customers.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Understand customers' needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Represent the company by delivering professional, customer-focused service built on trust and positive relationships.
Requirements
✔ Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken;
✔ 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in international sales within the U.S. and/or UK markets;
✔ Flexibility to work according to U.S. time zones when required;
✔ Interest in working with technical products and the ability to learn technical specifications quickly;
✔ Willingness and availability to work evening hours when needed;
✔ A strong results-driven mindset with a focus on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term business relationship development;
✔ A proactive, self-motivated, and independent approach to work;
✔ Living in the USA and working remotely, or in Vilnius for office/hybrid option;
✔ 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in international sales within the U.S. and/or UK markets;
