Active search for clients in the existing database (cold calls);
Maintaining relationships with existing clients;
Extending contracts for existing clients when needed;
Assessing client profiles.
Entering data and updating correct information in the general system;
Performing other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a sales manager (telemarketing or finance would be an advantage);
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English in writing and orally (required);
Excellent computer skills.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills;
Diligence, responsibility, communication skills;
Ability to work and make decisions independently;
Logical thinking;
Ability to work with tasks simultaneously by distributing tasks according to priorities.
