Our client - an Estonian company specializing in the distribution and servicing of agricultural, municipal and construction machinery. The company represents well-known brands and offers a wide range of equipment, spare parts, and maintenance solutions for professional users. We are now looking for a Sales Representative in Vilnius to join their team and contribute to the company’s establishment and growth in the Lithuanian market.

Main responsibilities:

  • Strategic management and development of sales activities in the Vilnius region in cooperation with the Baltic Sales Director, with the goal of increasing sales volumes and strengthening the company’s market position.
  • Responsible for preparing and fulfilling the Vilnius unit’s sales plan, including setting personal and future team goals, coordinating their implementation, and regularly reporting sales results to the Baltic Sales Director.
  • Participate in planning and implementation of marketing activities in the Lithuanian market, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall marketing strategy; cooperate with the marketing team. Stay updated on Lithuanian market trends and participate in strategic planning.
  • Prepare sales and market analyses based on the local market situation and lead targeted sales activities by clients and brands.
  • Participate in and implement the Lithuanian unit’s development plan and adapt it to changing market conditions, ensuring achievement of business objectives.
  • Represent the company in Lithuania before local authorities, partners, and clients; participate in international meetings or representation events if necessary.
  • Manage and oversee daily activities of the Lithuanian unit, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with applicable laws and company procedures.
  • Participate in recruitment, mentoring, and development of employees in cooperation with the HR department; ensure a motivating and results-oriented work environment.
  • Cooperate with the after-sales department (including service technicians).
  • Monitor the unit’s budget and propose cost optimization measures when needed.

Requirements:

  • Higher education preferably in business administration, engineering, sales, economics or other relevant field.
  • Previous experience in B2B and/or B2C sales in the Lithuanian market, preferably in technical or industrial equipment.
  • Strong business thinking and strategic planning.
  • Experience in client relationship management and active sales.
  • Analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Good computer skills: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Category B driving license.
  • Excellent Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Result-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and independent, ready to take responsibility.
  • Organizational and planning skills (including coordination of after-sales activities).
  • Reliable and loyal in representing the company’s interests in a new market.
