An international health and medical products company is looking to hire a Sales Specialist to join their team in Kaunas!

Main responsibilities:
- You will build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional and pharmacy customers;
- You will grow sales in the assigned territory and customer group;
- You will achieve set financial and sales goals;
- You will actively present and promote the use of medical and incontinence care products;
- You will organize training and educational activities for healthcare and pharmacy staff;
- You will analyze customer needs, market trends and look for new business opportunities;
- You will collaborate with other team members to achieve joint sales results.
What to expect:
- You have 2-3 years or more of sales experience in the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical field;
- You are able to independently plan your work and take responsibility for the result;
- You are organized, proactive, flexible and analytical;
- You have excellent English;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- Experience working with medical institutions would be an advantage;
- Healthcare or commercial education is an advantage.
