Salesforce Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to learn Salesforce from scratch and work closely with our internal Salesforce development team. You will have the chance to grow both personally and professionally, with the ultimate goal of becoming a skilled Salesforce developer. As part of your role, you will contribute to planning, building, and deploying Salesforce solutions for our internal business needs and future external projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with internal and external teams to analyze business requirements and gather user feedback to understand their needs.
  
• Assisting in the planning, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to address identified business needs.
  
• Keeping up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features, and proactively suggesting improvements and enhancements to existing solutions.
  
• Configure and maintain integration solutions, such as APIs and middleware, to ensure reliable data synchronization and real-time information flow between Salesforce and external platforms

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (will be tested during the interview).
  
• Basic understanding of SQL and XML.
  
• Strong self-awareness and a genuine commitment to personal development and continuous learning.
  
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multinational team.
  
• Previous experience with Salesforce is a valuable asset
