We are currently inviting a salon consultant to join us who wants to learn, deepen their knowledge and eventually become a specialist in their field. Workplace - Vytenio g. 61A, Vilnius.
By joining the Brasa team, you will become an expert in furniture fittings and functional solutions. This is not just a sales position - here you will learn to understand product capabilities, technical differences, their application and help customers choose the most suitable solutions.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?
●A convenient work schedule – stable working hours on weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00 or from 9:00 to 18:00.
●A salary from €1,500 to €2,100 gross + team bonuses.
●Detailed training and smooth introduction to work – we will introduce you to the products, their operation, application and working principles. It is not necessary to come with experience in furniture fittings – the most important thing is the desire to learn.

THIS POSITION IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF:
●You have experience in consulting customers and working with products that require a good knowledge (e.g. electronics, technical goods, plumbing, tools, building materials or other specialized products).
●You like to delve deeper, understand how things work and what makes different solutions different.
●You are curious, responsible and want to constantly learn.
●You like to communicate, build relationships and help people find the most suitable solution.
●You have experience working with a cash register.

BECOMING PART OF THE TEAM YOU:
●You will consult with clients in the showroom and help them choose the most suitable solutions based on their needs and projects.
●You will communicate with private clients, architects, interior designers and furniture manufacturers. You will create a high-level customer experience from the first contact to the final solution selection.
●You will present furniture solutions to clients - from design elements to functional mechanisms.
●You will learn to understand not only what to offer the client, but also why a specific solution is the most suitable.
●You will prepare offers, administer inquiries and orders.
●You will work with the cash register and ensure a smooth checkout process.
●You will communicate with private clients, architects, interior designers and furniture manufacturers. You will create a high-level customer experience from the first contact to the final solution selection.
