Your role in the “Gintaro baldai” team will be invaluable! You will be responsible for the following important tasks:
- Team formation, development and motivation, in order to create a strong and focused team focused on achieving the company's goals;
- Assortment and sales analysis, order planning and coordination, in order to effectively manage the sales process;
- Smooth organization of the salon's work and proper image formation, in accordance with company standards;
- Ensuring high-quality customer service and sales process to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction;
- Achieving set goals, planning and achieving strategic and operational goals in the salon's activities;
- Preparing reports related to the department's activities to ensure effective assessment of the salon's performance.
We hope you:
- You have a university or higher education;
- You have experience in management work in the field of trade (retail trade is an advantage);
- You are result-oriented and have strong planning and leadership skills;
- You are involved and feel responsible for your decisions;
- You are interested in interior design;
- You have excellent computer skills (MS Office, corporate accounting programs);
- You speak and write Lithuanian fluently (Russian is an advantage).
