You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Repairing equipment;
• Performing technical maintenance and repair of technological equipment (water pumps, turbines, air compressors, pipelines, shut-off valves, etc.) (we train);
• Identifying equipment failures and eliminating them.

• For good results, an additional bonus of up to 10% of the three-month salary is awarded every three months;
• If you live outside Elektrėnai or Kaišiadorys municipalities (30 km from the workplace) – an additional 211EUR/month (before taxes) is awarded as travel compensation (not applicable to the hybrid work model);
• Transport for employees (transportation to / from work, crews, allowances, compensation for car operating costs);
• Remuneration corresponding to experience and competencies, and a variable financial incentive depending on the results achieved;
• Additional benefits package by choosing: pension accumulation, health insurance or other benefits from the list of optional benefits in the "MELP" application;

The fixed salary range for the position group is from 1,720 to 2,570 EUR (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
