For candidates for employees regarding the processing of personal data

For what purposes and on what basis do we process your personal data?

We process your personal data for the purpose of employee selection. Personal data is processed based on PRATC's legitimate interest in carrying out employee selection, i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR
What personal data do we process and what is the source of their receipt?

In accordance with the above purposes, we process the following categories of your personal data:
1. Identity data: name, surname;
2. Contact data: email address, telephone number;
3. Competence data: education, experience, ability to drive a car, CV (resume) data, diplomas, certificates data.
You provide us with the above personal data yourself, in your CV.

To whom do we transfer your personal data?
We transfer your personal data to:
1. To a company providing server hosting services (UAB "Technologinių paslaugų sprendimai")
2. To supervisory authorities or law enforcement agencies, if personal data is required by applicable laws or recommendations and guidelines.
How long do we store your personal data?
We will store your data until the end of the selection process (to which you submitted your CV or other documents).

What are your rights?
You, as a data subject, have the right to:

• know (be informed) about the processing of your personal data - we implement this right by providing you with the information specified above;
• get acquainted with your processed personal data;
• demand correction of your personal data;
• demand deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten"), if this can be justified by one of the reasons provided for in Article 17 of the GDPR. 1 d.;
