Do you like machinery, troubleshooting and agile, varied work?
We are looking for someone who can help ensure that our tower cranes operate without interruptions.
This is not a monotonous job in one place. One day you will perform periodic maintenance of the crane, the next - you will look for electrical or automation failures, and when installing a new crane you will help connect and adjust its electrical part.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- You will repair and maintain CRANBALT tower cranes;
- You will look for and eliminate electrical and automation failures;
- You will perform periodic technical maintenance of cranes;
- You will connect and adjust the electrical part during crane installation;
- You will work with frequency converters, motors, relays, sensors and other electrical and automation components;
- Sometimes you will have to roll up your sleeves and work on the mechanical part of the crane;
- You will work on construction sites, mainly in Vilnius;
- Some of the work will be done at heights, so it is important that you are not afraid of working at heights.
Employee requirements
You don't have to be a tower crane expert from day one, but the most important thing is that you:
Don't have experience with tower cranes? No problem - we will train you in the specifics of cranes.
- Understand electricity and technology;
- Know or want to learn how to troubleshoot;
- Avoid practical work;
- Can work independently and responsibly;
- Working at heights would not be a problem for you.
