Nature of work
MB “Iron Solutions” is a metal construction manufacturing company in Avižieniai, near Vilnius. We design, manufacture and install railings, stairs, fences, canopies, outdoor furniture and individual metal structures. We work with the largest Lithuanian construction contractors and real estate developers: “KAITA group”, “Hanner”, “EIKA”, “NARESTA”, “GILESTA”.
The entire process takes place in our workshop: cutting, bending, rolling, welding and powder coating. We are looking for a locksmith who would prepare and manufacture parts in such a way that the welder and installer do not have to redo anything.
What will you do:

What will you do:
- cut, bend, roll, drill and mill metal according to drawings;
- manufacture mechanical parts and assemblies: brackets, fasteners, transition parts;
- assemble structures before welding and control dimensions;
- prepare parts for painting: clean edges, sand surfaces;
- maintain tools, equipment and your workplace;
- assist in the installation of products at facilities, if necessary.
Employee requirements
- Experience in metalworking as a locksmith.
- Ability to read drawings freely and work according to specified dimensions.
- Skills in working with metal cutting, bending and rolling equipment.
- Diligence: with us, millimeter-accuracy is not a preference, but a requirement.
- Responsibility, honesty, no bad habits.
- Category B driver's license would be an advantage.
Advantages:
- welding basics (MIG/MAG);
- experience working with stainless steel and aluminum;
- experience with CNC metalworking equipment;
- AutoCAD basics.
