- analysis of procurement documents and project documentation;
- preparation of estimates, their verification and reconciliation;
- communication with designers, contractors, subcontractors.
Employee requirements
- work experience in a construction company;
- have construction education;
- knowledge of construction and design processes and technologies;
- ability to analyze projects, systematize, combine and summarize information;
- knowledge of working with the estimation program (SES);
- attentiveness, responsibility, duty.
