ESTIMATOR (Road construction, welfare works)

1. Calculation of estimates for construction works (road construction, engineering network construction and other welfare and general construction works);
2. Preparation of commercial / tender offers and documentation for private, commercial and public tenders according to the submission forms set by the customer;
3. Analysis and evaluation of technical documentation, design solutions, drawings;
4. Independent preparation of estimates according to project information and technical requirements;
5. Survey of suppliers of services and construction materials, receipt of offers from subcontractors, price market analysis;
6. Submission of requests, communication and negotiations on prices of materials and works with suppliers according to the technical specifications of the project;
7. Communication with customers, designers, suppliers, contractors and subcontractors; constant market analysis of prices for materials and services; monitoring of the database of suppliers of materials and services; monitoring of the database of customers and subcontractors;
8.Searching for the most economically beneficial technical solutions, visiting facilities for inspection as needed;
9.Archiving submitted tender proposals, updating them as needed.
10.Other tasks assigned by the manager and assisting project managers.

Experience with estimating - at least 5m required (S, SP, SA, SK, E, LVN, Z) ;
Knowledge of analyzing technical documentation;
Higher education (road or construction engineering - an advantage);
Experience with full submission of public procurement documentation - a great advantage;
Diligence, responsibility, attention to detail;
Good computer skills;
Ability to calculate estimates with at least one of the estimate calculation programs (Sistela, Astera, SES3..)
