What will your day look like:

  • Prepare estimates for general construction works and calculate project costs
  • Analyze project technical documentation and drawings
  • Calculate and check quantities of works and materials
  • Work with the estimating program (SISTELA)
  • Compare proposals from contractors and suppliers, search for the most optimal solutions
  • Coordinate material orders for projects
  • Coordinate acts of completed works
  • Contribute to project cost optimization and search for effective solutions

You will do well if

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in preparing estimates (especially for joint construction works)
  • You are well-versed in construction processes and technologies
  • You are able to read and analyze design and technical documentation
  • You are meticulous, analytical and focused on accuracy
  • You are able to plan work and meet deadlines
  • You are proactive and seek the most effective solutions
