Nature of work
- Evaluation and analysis of technical project documentation and drawings to ensure that estimates are prepared properly.
- Preparation of sound barrier estimates according to project documentation, specifications and drawings.
- Estimation of scope of work and quantities of materials.
- Evaluation of completed projects.
- Communication with material suppliers and subcontractors.
- Representation of the estimator's functions in meetings with clients.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (in engineering, construction or mathematics).
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Experience in estimating (preferably in the field of wooden or modular structures).
- Ability to read drawings and technical documentation.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- You may already be using AI in your work
