ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for an estimator to join our team and be responsible for calculating the quantities of materials for wooden buildings and providing prices. This position will require analyzing technical project documentation and drawings, accurately calculating material quantities, preparing estimates, and looking for opportunities to optimize project solutions and costs.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare technical project estimates.
- Analyze project documentation and drawings and calculate material quantities.
- Search for opportunities to optimize and improve design solutions.
- Collaborate with the project team, managers and sales managers.
- Request subcontractors and suppliers for prices and technical specifications of works and materials.
- Work with estimating and drawing review programs.
- Optimize and improve the estimate preparation process.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of estimate calculation automation solutions.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
- Ability to read and analyze technical drawings and design documentation.
- Ability to accurately calculate quantities and justify the calculations made.
- Independence, responsibility and ability to make decisions.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Good MS Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Good knowledge of English (at least B2 level).
- Experience in preparing estimates in the construction field would be a great advantage.
WE OFFER
- Salary from 2,300 to 2,600 EUR gross per month, depending on competencies and experience. A monthly bonus is also provided, depending on work results.
