Your daily activities at work would be:
Preparation, analysis and coordination of estimates for engineering systems projects;
Calculation of the cost of labor, materials, and mechanisms;
Analysis of tender materials;
Analysis and implementation of tender requirements;
Preparation and systematization of bills of quantities;
Preparation of certificates of work performed;
Ensuring deadlines and quality of task execution;
Project cost control and search for optimization opportunities.

Important abilities and skills:
Higher education in civil engineering or a related field;
Successful experience in preparing construction and/or engineering systems estimates;
Ability to read technical drawings and design documentation;
Experience working with estimating programs Sistela or others;
Good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word);
Analytical skills and general technical and construction knowledge;
Orientation to accuracy, quality and results;
Independence and effective cooperation in a team;
Motivation to deepen knowledge in the field of engineering systems estimates (applies to candidates from related fields).
