Nature of works:
- Calculation of construction costs in the field of building construction and reconstruction;
- Search for tenders in CVP, IS, analysis of tender materials;
- Calculation of construction project estimates according to drawings and technical documentation, preparation and submission of tender and commercial proposals;
- Active communication with suppliers of materials, services and subcontractors and other members of project teams;
- Monitoring and analysis of the price level of construction works in the construction market.
Employee requirements:
- Higher or higher education in civil engineering (advantage);
- Ability to perform analysis and evaluation of design and technical documentation;
- Work experience in the process of preparing estimates for at least 2 years;
- Experience in calculating estimates for parts of building structures;
- Knowledge of the construction sector, construction processes, materials and technologies;
- Knowledge of public procurement procedures (advantage);
- Experience in drawing up work estimates in the Astera program (advantage);
- Quick orientation to changes, technical and analytical thinking, diligence, responsibility;
- Curiosity, initiative and desire to find better solutions;
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a timely manner;
- Knowledge of English (at least B1 level) (advantage).
