As the scope of projects expands, we are inviting a CONTRACTOR to join the team, who would be responsible for preparing estimates for HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and piping systems installation work for shipbuilding and industrial projects.
As the scope of projects expands, we are inviting a CONTRACTOR to join the team, who would be responsible for preparing estimates for HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and piping systems installation work for shipbuilding and industrial projects.
NATURE OF WORK:
- Preparation of estimates for HVAC and piping systems installation work for shipbuilding and industrial projects
- Analysis of technical documentation, drawings, specifications and design requirements
- Calculation of work volumes, working hours, materials, equipment and other required resources
- Determination of preliminary cost of projects and economic evaluation
- Analysis, price comparison and evaluation of supplier and subcontractor proposals
- Preparation of commercial proposals and justification of estimated calculations
- Revision of estimates according to technical solutions, project changes and customer requirements
- Collaboration with sales, project management and technical teams to ensure accurate and competitive project proposals
- Cost analysis and provision of proposals for project cost optimization
WE HOPE THAT:
- You have experience in preparing estimates, calculating work quantities or project pricing in the field of HVAC and piping systems
- You are able to read and analyze technical drawings, isometric diagrams, specifications and design documentation
- You are familiar with HVAC and piping installation technological processes, materials and principles of work performance
- You understand the principles of calculating labor costs, installation efficiency and project cost
- You speak English, necessary for working with technical documentation and international projects
- You are distinguished by analytical thinking, thoroughness, responsibility and the ability to independently organize work
