In your daily work you will be responsible for:
- calculation and preparation of estimates for joint construction works tenders;
- analysis and evaluation of technical documentation, search for opportunities for optimization and improvement of solutions;
- communication with material suppliers and subcontractors;
- collection and analysis of information on prices of construction materials and services.
What we expect:
- successful work experience in preparing construction estimates for large and complex structures;
- higher education in civil engineering and knowledge of English;
- knowledge of construction processes and technologies, ability to understand and evaluate technical projects;
- knowledge of estimate calculation systems "Astera", "Sistela" or others;
- diligence, responsibility and, most importantly, you like your work.
