Nature of work
- Compilation of estimates;
- Project documentation analysis, summarization;
- Search for the most economically useful technical solutions;
- Analysis, verification and preparation of calculations of the number of magazines in the project documentation;
- Preparation of tender documentation;
- Understanding, research and analysis of price levels in the construction market.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher technical education;
- Work experience of at least 2 years;
- Work with Astera estimation programs;
- Ability to make technical decisions independently and in a timely manner and work in a team;
- Quick orientation to changes, technical and analytical thinking, diligence, responsibility.
