Nature of work
- Preparation and submission of documents related to the company's public procurement;
- Preparation of competitive and production estimates according to the submitted design and technical documentation;
- Sending requests and communicating with material suppliers and subcontractors;
- Preparation and submission of proposals to private and public segment Customers;
- Inspection and evaluation of objects before submitting a proposal;
Employee requirements
- Have at least a higher education in construction;
- At least 2 years of work experience in a construction company, preparing estimates;
- Experience working with CVP IS and CPO systems would be an advantage;
- Ability to analyze projects, systematize, coordinate and summarize information;
- Initiative, result-oriented;
- Knowledge of working with estimate preparation programs (Sistela, Astera or others).
- Driver's license (category B).
