You will be responsible for:
- Preparation of estimates;
- Analysis and systematization of project technical documentation;
- Calculation and verification of project quantities of works and materials;
- Work with the estimate preparation and drawing review program (SISTELA);
- Comparison of offers from contractors and suppliers;
- Ordering materials for projects;
- Coordination of completed work certificates;
- Other work related to the calculation and optimization of construction project prices.
We hope you:
- You have at least one year of experience in estimating;
- You are familiar with construction processes and technologies;
- You are able to read and analyze projects and technical documentation;
- You have a higher or higher education in the field of construction engineering.
- An advantage is experience working with projects of various sizes.
