UAB "Rūta" invites a warehouseman-accountant to join its team, who will take care of the smooth accounting of the raw materials warehouse, document administration and control of the movement and balances of raw materials.

- carry out accounting of raw materials, containers, packaging and auxiliary materials;
- register income and expenses of the raw materials warehouse;
- accept, check and account for incoming material values and related documents;
- control warehouse balances and compliance of actual balances with accounting data;
- monitor the expiration dates of raw materials and ensure their timely control;
- prepare and manage raw materials acceptance, issuance and other accounting documents;
- inform responsible employees about the need for raw materials and other materials and balances;
- participate in inventories, inspections and ensure proper accounting of material values;
- cooperate with employees of production, accounting and other departments.
Employee requirements
- accounting knowledge;
- good computer skills and quick mastery of the accounting program used;
- knowledge of the principles of warehouse accounting, receipt and issuance of goods and material values;
- diligence, responsibility, attention to detail;
- independence and initiative;
- good cooperation skills.
