We are looking for a responsible, organized, and leadership-minded warehouse shift manager to join our team. If you are able to effectively plan work, motivate your team, and ensure smooth warehouse operations, send us your CV!
Nature of work:
- Organize and coordinate the work of warehouse employees during the shift;
- Ensure the smooth process of receiving, storing and sending goods;
- Control the quality of work and compliance with deadlines;
- Solve daily operational problems and make prompt decisions;
- Ensure order, occupational safety and compliance with established procedures;
- Carry out inventories and regular control of goods balances;
- Issue invoices and manage related documentation;
- Cooperate with other departments of the company.
We hope you:
- Have work experience in the warehouse or logistics field;
- Have worked in a managerial position (advantage);
- Are able to organize team work and motivate employees;
- Are responsible, result-oriented;
- Have good computer skills;
- Be able to work in a dynamic environment;
- Have a forklift license (advantage).
