Daily Tasks:
- organize and supervise warehousing processes;
- control the quantity and quality of incoming production, record discrepancies in the warehouse management system;
- ensure accurate collection of sales orders and timely reloading;
- ensure compliance with warehousing conditions, order, security and optimal use of warehouse space;
- carry out constant control of warehouse activities and organize periodic production inventories;
- distribute tasks to warehouse employees and control their execution;
- motivate the team, help solve daily operational situations;
- initiate solutions to improve warehouse operations and provide suggestions for process improvement.
We hope that:
- have experience as a warehouse worker (in the field of production or logistics - an advantage);
- have experience in managing a team of at least 10 people;
- know how to work with warehouse management programs (MONITOR G5);
- are diligent, responsible, tidy, and responsibility is a characteristic of your personality;
- have good communication skills, are independent and organized;
- know how to work with Microsoft Office programs;
- speak English, Russian;
- have a forklift driver qualification certificate (an advantage).
