Warehouse

We are looking for an proactive and responsible warehouse worker who would not only ensure smooth daily operations, but also actively contribute to process improvement and team growth. You will coordinate and supervise all warehouse operations – from receiving raw materials to shipping finished products to customers;

You will ensure accurate and timely movement of goods and warehouse accounting;

You will organize the work of the warehouse team, distribute tasks and ensure employee engagement;

You will analyze performance indicators, identify areas for improvement and implement more efficient working methods;

You will cooperate with production, purchasing, logistics and other departments to achieve common goals;

You will contribute to the creation of a safe, orderly and efficient work environment.

1-2 years of similar work experience in the field of supply, purchasing, accounting or management (advantage - in a manufacturing company);

Ability to plan, analyze and make decisions independently;

Excellent communication and organizational skills;

Good computer skills (Excel, ERP MONITOR systems - an advantage);

Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail;

Quick orientation, ability to work in a dynamic environment;

Stable and responsible work in a growing company;

Working hours: Mon-Fri; 8:00-17:00

1650-2200 €/mon. gross
The final salary will depend on the candidate's experience, competencies, and expectations discussed during the job interview. An additional motivational system for achieved performance results is possible.
