Your future activities:
- Inventory management – ensuring accurate control of the balance of goods in the warehouse assigned to interior projects and constant monitoring of inventory levels.
- Receipt and inspection of goods – receiving incoming goods into the warehouse, checking their condition, identifying damage and reporting information.
- Storage – rational organization of the placement and storage of material assets in the warehouse and other designated storage areas.
- Order collection and fulfillment – accurate collection, packaging and preparation of orders, ensuring that goods are selected and packaged correctly and on time.
- Order dispatch and delivery – preparation of shipments and cargo for delivery, ensuring their timely and accurate dispatch and delivery.
- Internal customer service – ensuring smooth and high-quality project service by executing accurate and timely orders.
We hope you:
- Have a higher or vocational education.
- Have worked as a warehouseman or logistician and are well versed in the processes of this field.
- Have experience working with ship interior materials (advantage).
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage).
- Knowledge of MS Office programs and basic accounting skills.
- Have good communication skills, are communicative, independent, responsible, organized, meticulous and attentive.
- Have a category B driver's license.
- Have a forklift driver's license (advantage).
