JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Effective organization of warehouse activities, accounting and maintenance of goods;
- Receipt and verification of goods according to documents, work with a scanner, submission of documents for accounting, placement in storage locations;
- Selection of goods according to orders, preparation for shipment to customers, other departments,
- Preparation and submission of accompanying documents for accounting;
- Photography and weighing of goods, and entry of this data into the system;
- Checking of goods, quality and conformity certificates;
- Regular inspection of goods balances, inventory taking, preparation of reports;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse;
- Solving problems that arise.
IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION:
- At least 1 year of similar work experience;
- Diligence, neatness, responsibility and honesty;
- Good computer and scanner skills (MS Excel, Word, e-mail);
- Ability to lift loads up to 10 kg;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Experience working with Axapta (business accounting system) is an advantage.
