NATURE OF WORK
- Receive incoming raw materials, goods and products, check their quantity, condition and compliance with documents;
- Organize unloading of incoming raw materials/loading of outgoing finished products;
- Filling in warehouse accounting (WMS / ERP system);
- Organize warehouse space to ensure efficient use of space;
- Issuing raw materials to production workshops, monitoring raw material residues;
- Informing the immediate supervisor about shortages or discrepancies in raw materials;
- Complying with employee safety, health and fire safety regulations;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse, taking care of the operation of work equipment;
- Receive manufactured products, entering them into the system;
- Participate in inventories, ensuring data accuracy;
- Provide and implement proposals for improving activities.
WHAT IT NEEDS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- At least secondary education;
- Experience as a warehouseman or accountant in a manufacturing company;
- Forklift driver's license;
- Knowledge of the processes of receiving, issuing and inventorying goods, raw materials and products;
- Experience in warehousing or logistics is an advantage;
- Knowledge of English;
- Responsibility, punctuality, diligence and organization;
- Ability to work in a team and achieve a common result.
