JOB CHARACTER

  • Receipt of incoming raw materials, goods and products, checking their quantity, condition and compliance with documents;
  • Organization of unloading of incoming raw materials and loading of outgoing production;
  • Filling in warehouse accounting (WMS / ERP system);
  • Organization of warehouse space ensuring efficient use of space;
  • Issuance of raw materials to production workshops, monitoring raw material residues;
  • Informing the immediate supervisor about shortages or discrepancies in raw materials;
  • Compliance with employee safety, health and fire safety regulations;
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse, taking care of the operation of work equipment;
  • Receipt of manufactured products and entering them into the system;
  • Participation in inventories, ensuring data accuracy;
  • Providing and implementing suggestions for improving activities.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

  • At least secondary education;
  • Experience as a warehouseman or accountant in a manufacturing company;
  • Forklift driver's license;
  • Knowledge of the processes of receiving, issuing and inventorying goods, raw materials and products;
  • Experience in warehousing or logistics is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of English;
  • Responsibility, punctuality, diligence and organization;
  • Ability to work in a team and achieve common results;
