Nature of work
- Assisting external and internal customers with parts sales;
- Ensuring the availability of the right parts at the right time for internal and external customers, their timely ordering, acceptance and distribution;
- Monitoring warehouse, spare parts, inventory balances;
- Achieving the results of the established warehouse performance indicators;
- Coordination of return procedures;
- Preparing parts for the next day's scheduled truck repairs;
- Supplying/delivering parts from local suppliers.
Employee requirements
- Higher or equivalent education (technical - an advantage);
- Similar work experience (in the automotive sector - an advantage);
- Experience with warehouse management programs (an advantage);
- Impeccable customer service in accordance with standards;
- Knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of Russian - an advantage;
- Attentiveness, diligence and honesty;
- Ability to work in a shift work schedule.
