What will you do after joining us?
- Administer the project warehouse – receive and issue materials and tools, monitor their accounting and balances.
- Perform periodic inventories and ensure orderly and safe storage.
- Monitor the stock of work clothes, PPE, tools and other tools required for the project.
- Coordinate the delivery of materials to the project, transport orders, loading and unloading.
- Administer the project vehicles – their use, technical services, repairs and the validity of the necessary documents.
- Monitor the project's farm part – containers, storage facilities and common facilities.
- Collaborate with the project team, procurement and logistics colleagues to ensure that the necessary tools reach the project on time.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, transport or construction project administration.
- Experience in material accounting, inventories and balance control.
- Able to independently plan work, maintain order and quickly respond to changing project needs.
- Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
- Fluent in Lithuanian, English or Russian.
- Ability to work on a project in Finland with periodic returns to Lithuania.
- Experience in scaffolding projects.
Experience with accounting for construction materials and tools or a forklift license will be considered an advantage.
