Future responsibilities:
- Organize and ensure the smooth operation of the materials collection department - receiving, storing, picking and issuing materials.
- Coordinate daily team tasks and ensure compliance with work priorities.
- Ensure accurate material accounting and balance management, carry out inventories.
- Ensure that materials are prepared and issued to internal customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor processes, identify improvement opportunities and contribute to more efficient work organization.
- Ensure a tidy, safe and organized working environment in the warehouse.
Expectations for a future collaborator:
- Experience in warehouse, logistics or production, performing coordination functions.
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (Equinox is an advantage) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication, team coordination and work planning skills.
- Responsibility, organization and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Experience driving a forklift is an advantage.
- Work on a fixed daily schedule: I–F 6:30–15:00.
