Nature of work
Accept inventory according to delivery documents and internal procedures, check their quantity, type, packaging condition and compliance with documents;
Record inventory discrepancies;
Perform inventory acceptance, issuance and return operations;
Ensure rational use of warehouse space, in compliance with storage, labeling and storage rules;
Ensure recording of inventory movements in accounting systems, data traceability and transfer of documents to accounting;
Constantly monitor warehouse balances, record deviations, ensure compliance with accounting data.

Employee requirements
You have secondary or vocational education;
You have at least 1 year of work experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain;
You have a valid forklift license (Advantage);
You are able to work with a computer and basic office programs (Microsoft 365 package) and warehouse or accounting systems;
You have practical skills in working with accounting for material assets (receipt, issue, balance recording);
You know the procedure for receiving, storing and issuing material assets, the rules for filling out and storing documents.
You have at least 1 year of work experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain;
