Warehouseman (Jonava Terminal)

At Jonava terminal, we are looking for a responsible team member - Warehouse Supervisor, who not only has excellent knowledge of warehouse processes, but is also able to ensure the smooth operation of a small team. Here, you will be the warehouse manager's right hand, responsible for order, accuracy, and prompt movement of cargo.

Team coordination: You will lead a mini-brigade of loaders (3-5 people), distribute tasks and ensure that the work goes smoothly.

Process management: You will receive, select and inspect goods (both standard and oversized cargo).

Work with systems: You will work with a modern Equinox Vision 6 warehouse management system (WMS) and an RF terminal (scanner) - you will record the movement of goods, identify defects, and perform documentation.

Efficiency assurance: You will optimize storage areas, maintain ideal order and participate in periodic inventories.

You have successful experience in warehouse logistics (a similar position is a big advantage).

You have excellent knowledge of the fundamental principles of warehousing and loading.

You have leadership qualities: you are responsible, you quickly navigate situations and you are able to motivate a team.

You know English at least at a basic level (we consider this an advantage)

You will work with one of the best warehouse management systems on the market, Equinox Vision 6, which makes everyday life easier.

We start with 1200 € in hand (while you learn), and when you start working independently, the salary increases along with the responsibilities.

We compensate for travel expenses to and from work, so you can comfortably reach the Jonava terminal from surrounding areas.
